The seller and the service

Static Riot is the studio brand of the seller above. These terms cover this website, free demo accounts, developer subscriptions and quoted commercial onboarding packages. Version 2026-10-13; published 13 October 2026.

Demo games use development credits with no cash value. Credits cannot be deposited, withdrawn, redeemed or exchanged for prizes. The games and APIs are development builds. No purchase enables real-money wagering.

Developer sandbox subscription

The plan costs €99 per month, plus applicable tax shown in Stripe Checkout. It renews automatically each month until canceled. There is no free trial in this plan. The subscription gives the purchasing account access to the developer sandbox, recorded presentation reviews, math lab and development API.

Limits: three active developer API keys, 60 development requests per minute and 10,000 per day across the account. Keys expire after 90 days and require an active paid license. You may revoke and replace keys within the limit.

Use Manage Billing in the developer portal to cancel future renewals, update your payment method and view invoices. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period under the current billing configuration. Failed payments, expired licenses, full refunds and disputes can suspend access. Cancellation does not by itself refund a completed payment.

Commercial onboarding packages

The one-time fee is the fee on your current studio-issued quote. The quote and payment summary define the package and its scope. It unlocks private integration documentation, account-scoped data and read-only commercial API access after confirmed payment.

It does not include source ownership, exclusivity, production game credentials, certification, operator authorization or activation of a casino. Proposed monthly production fees and revenue shares are separate and start only under a finalized operator agreement. The website does not currently collect automated production GGR fees.

Commercial data keys expire after 90 days. Up to three may be active on the account, with 60 requests/minute and 10,000/day across its package access. A commercial key cannot use the developer sandbox or launch production games.

Payment, cancellation and refund requests

Paid tools and commercial packages are offered for business and professional use. You review the price, renewal period or one-time scope before choosing Stripe Checkout. The final tax and total appear there before you confirm payment. Card details are handled by Stripe; the studio does not receive full card numbers.

If a purchase was duplicated, incorrectly charged, or its promised access was not delivered, contact support with your username and invoice or order reference. We investigate against the purchase record and arrange a correction or refund where appropriate. Do not send card details or secret keys.

Requests to end a commercial project or change a purchased package are handled against the agreed quote and delivered work. Any applicable mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected; these terms do not waive them. Contact support before buying if you need consumer rather than business access.

Your account and acceptable use

Keep your password, recovery key and API keys private. Save your recovery key when registering; recovery rotates it and signs out older sessions. Support cannot reveal passwords or recover lost secret keys. You are responsible for activity using your credentials.

Do not resell account access, distribute studio assets without rights, bypass access controls or quotas, interfere with other accounts, or use development credentials for production wagering. Suspected compromised credentials should be revoked immediately.

We may update the service and address failures. No uptime or response-time SLA is included unless agreed separately. Report a fault through Support with its round/order reference. Changes to purchased scope or price must be communicated before a future purchase or renewal takes effect.
