The seller above is responsible for the personal data used to run Static Riot. This notice is version 2026-10-13, published 13 October 2026.
Information used by the service
- Account username, password hash, recovery-key hash and account/session records.
- Development balances, recorded rounds, wallet receipts, game history and request/audit references.
- Developer licenses, hashed API keys, key labels, expiry/revocation records and usage-limit counters.
- Commercial applications: business name, contact email, website, intended markets, requested scope and proposal messages.
- Purchase, subscription, invoice, payment-provider and refund/dispute references used to verify access.
- Technical request information used by hosting and account-abuse controls. IP addresses used by the application's account rate limiter are hashed.
These records support accounts, contracted access, payment administration, fault recovery and security. Support correspondence contains the information you choose to provide. Do not include secret credentials.
Payments and service providers
Stripe handles Checkout, billing details, payment methods and invoices. Its own privacy terms apply to its payment processing. Static Riot receives purchase/subscription status and references; it does not store complete card numbers or card security codes.
Hosting, database and infrastructure providers process the requests and records needed to operate the site. Data may be processed outside your country subject to the providers' applicable arrangements. We do not sell account data or provide one customer's private package to another.
Cookies and storage
Necessary, secure account cookies keep you signed in. Hosting security cookies also help protect the site from automated abuse. A separate licensed-tool cookie remembers an authorized browser unlock. Browser storage saves audio/motion/speed preferences and references needed to recover a pending game round. Secret API keys are stored hashed on the server; the site displays a new full key once.
The current site has no advertising or analytics tracking scripts. Clearing storage may remove local preferences; signing out or revoking a key removes access as applicable. No advertising-cookie consent is requested for these necessary functions.
Retention and your choices
Account, round and access records are kept while needed to provide the service, recover transactions, protect it and meet applicable accounting or legal obligations. Payment and audit records may need to remain after an account is closed. Expired sessions and rate-limit records are periodically removed by account activity.
Contact support to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data, or to exercise other applicable data-protection rights. We will verify ownership without asking for your password or full secret keys. You may also raise a concern with the relevant data-protection authority.
